What is happiness for you?

*The first Saturday after faire ends is referred to as Sacred Saturday. It is the first Saturday we have had of in four months, and we cherish it. We all have rituals, normally involving sleeping in, and a GIANT bowl of our favorite cereal. My ritual also includes deep cleaning the entire house. Only once it is completely spotless can I relax and enjoy myself. I find it highly cathartic.

  1. dancing in the living room with the kiddos!

  2. Finding a hiden note months later that was left behind by a cherished visit from someone special.  Its almost like having the visit all over again.

Staying up until wee hours of the morning visiting and catching up with someone you haven't seen in a long while.

Ice cream for breakfast because it meets all the necessary food groups.

Clean sheets on a brand new bed that forms to your body like a glove, sinking in for the first good night sleep in months and months and months.

Reunions with my babies, who are no longer babies, out of town, and realizing a track through a cemetary makes us all closer and actually happy.

Being able to make an honest difference in someone's life, because its the right thing to do, but also because it just makes everyone happy.
